By accessing or utilizing SuryaWave’s digital services, applications, and custom development capabilities, you agree to comply with these terms of service.
SuryaWave engineers custom software and academic projects (B.Tech/M.Tech) to exact MNC coding standards. While we guarantee architectural robustness and functionality, we do not guarantee specific academic grades, as university grading parameters are external to our platform.
For standard digital goods (e.g., GATE DA Test Series, Source Code Templates), all sales are final upon delivery. For Custom Project Requests, an advance payment is required to allocate our development resources. This advance is strictly non-refundable once development initiates. Final deliverables are unlocked automatically upon verification of the final payment.
All platform infrastructure, test series content, and pre-built templates remain the intellectual property of SuryaWave. Custom source code delivered to you is licensed for your specific academic or enterprise use, but you may not resell or mass-distribute our proprietary architectures without explicit consent.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of service delivery will be settled in the jurisdiction of Andhra Pradesh.
